For now, I will err on the side of including questions (as long as 3+ individuals want them). You may still express your opinion if you do not like a question (at all, or the phrasing, etc.).

i'm not sure if this means questions will be "included" in the next phase? or will they go straight to the final questionnaire? also, will there be an opportunity for players to express (dis)interest in suggested questions or other changes, aka: how will you know if 3+ people want a proposed change?
